Overview

Telstra Retail: Casual Customer Service & Sales Consultant CASTLE HILL is a casual role at Telstra Castle Towers. The store is hiring a Retail Consultant to join the team on a casual basis. It's a target-driven environment in a fast-paced retail setting, focused on delivering the latest tech and gadgets to customers so they can get connected faster, better, smarter.

What you'll do

As a Telstra Retail Consultant, you'll be continually trained on the latest tech and gadgets. Your knowledge, sales approach and consultative service will help you support and provide solutions for customers.

  • You can easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
  • You can quickly develop customised solutions for customers
  • You drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • You are hungry to learn and grow within the role
  • You have experience in a customer-facing role
  • You enjoy a fast-paced, busy retail environment and provide excellent customer service
