About The RoleOur Grill Masters are the fire behind the flavour, dedicated to perfecting every grill dish with skill and flair. Your role is to lead the grill station, cooking fresh and delicious Mexican dishes to our exacting standards. You'll work with our secret recipes and ensure each meal is crafted with care while following food safety and hygiene standards. Your energy and expertise will help deliver bold, flavour-packed meals that keep guests coming back for more.
Responsibilities- Lead the grill station with passion and ensure dishes meet Mad Mex standards
- Follow secret recipes and food safety/hygiene guidelines
- Prepare fresh Mexican dishes with skill and care
