About The Role
  • Manage daily operations of the venue, including opening/closing, back-of-house administration, recruiting, rostering, and guest assistance.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to grow the business.
What We Need From You
  • Experience in hospitality or retail leadership, especially in food, bars, and gaming.
  • Ability to lead and develop a large, skilled team.
  • Operational experience to meet financial and business targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications; Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming (NSW) preferred but not essential.
