Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Resource Manager with strong recruitment and talent acquisition expertise. This pivotal role combines operational workforce planning with proactive recruitment strategies to ensure we meet our clients' needs with the right talent, at the right time. The Resource Manager will work closely with leadership, delivery teams, and external candidates to manage talent pipelines, allocate resources effectively, and drive excellence in project staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

Resource Management:

  1. Collaborate with project leads to forecast resource needs based on project pipelines and client demands.
  2. Allocate internal and external resources to client engagements, ensuring optimal utilization and skill alignment.
  3. Monitor and manage resource availability, balancing workloads to avoid over or underutilization.
  4. Maintain a clear view of resource capacity and identify skill gaps for proactive recruitment or upskilling initiatives.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent, contract, and freelance roles, specializing in technology and transformation professionals.
  2. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines, leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, industry networks, and recruitment events.
  3. Conduct initial screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations to assess technical and cultural fit.
  4. Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and tailor interview processes.
  5. Build relationships with candidates, acting as a brand ambassador to attract top talent in technology, data, AI, and transformation.

Strategic Workforce Planning:

  1. Partner with senior leadership to develop long-term workforce strategies aligned with business goals.
  2. Analyze and report on recruitment and resource trends, identifying areas for improvement or investment.
  3. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an equitable and inclusive workforce.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their technical and transformation needs, ensuring resource placements align with project requirements.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for consultants, ensuring smooth onboarding, role alignment, and ongoing engagement.
  3. Build trusted relationships with delivery teams to address resource challenges and maintain client satisfaction.

Operational Excellence:

  1. Maintain accurate records of resource allocations, availability, and recruitment activities in systems and tools.
  2. Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency in workforce planning and talent acquisition.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, contracts, and client agreements.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 5+ years in resource management, recruitment, or talent acquisition within technology, transformation, or consulting industries.
  2. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with roles such as AI engineers, cloud architects, data scientists, project managers, and transformation consultants.
  3. Skills:
  4. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  6. Proficient in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and workforce planning systems.
  7. Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
  8. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
