We're looking for a motivated Nurse Team Lead to provide clinical and operational leadership to our nursing teams on the Sunshine Coast. This is a hands-on role combining patient care with team supervision and service development.

About The Practice/s:

Golden Beach Medical Centre is located a stone's throw from the beach just outside the hustle and bustle of Caloundra city centre. We're a state-of-the-art medical centre, with 15 General Practitioners, a range of Allied Health and a super support team of staff (nursing and reception). We also have a smaller clinic, located 5 minutes away in Pelican Waters Family Doctors that supports four GPs.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Nurse Team Lead, you will be responsible for the nursing teams across both sites with key responsibilities including:

  • Deliver hands -on patient care (chronic disease, immunisations, screening, wound care).
  • Lead and support a team of practice nurses across both sites.
  • Coordinate rosters, manage supplies, and ensure clinical standards.
  • Support recruitment, training, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with GPs and managers on service planning and improvement.

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse with strong primary care experience.
  • Confident team leader with excellent clinical, communication and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about patient care, service quality, and staff development.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
