About the Role:

As a Supply & Operations Planning Coordinator, you will support our Planning team in delivering key business targets, including sales, profit, in-stock levels, and inventory management. Working closely with our Supply & Operations Planning Manager, you'll help manage stock flow across our distribution centres and stores, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless shopping experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Providing direct support to the Supply and Operations Planning Manager by assisting in managing the inbound and outbound flow of stock through our distribution centres and into our stores.
  2. Responsible for stock management of new store and store refurbishment projects.
  3. Communicating daily with distribution centre, transport, and retail management teams to ensure stakeholders are informed of issues and resolutions in a timely manner.
  4. Providing business reporting that drives service improvements for our customers and delivers efficiencies for our supply chain and merchandise planning teams.
  5. Maintaining scheduling data in our forecasting and replenishment system to ensure supply chain and merchandise planning processes run smoothly.
  6. Supporting the broader merchandise planning team with stock allocations that help deliver our desired service levels in-store for our customers.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  1. Good attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  2. Willingness to learn and continuously improve existing processes.
  3. Retail support office, supply chain, or retail store experience (none of these are essential).
  4. Strong Excel skills and exposure to planning systems would be advantageous.
  5. Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
