Our client is a reputable property investment firm with a strong history of generating value and achieving remarkable outcomes for investors and stakeholders. They specialize in exceptional real estate opportunities across diverse property types, including upscale residential, retail, and commercial sectors throughout the APAC region. They are looking for an Office Manager to join their expanding team and assist with the upcoming office relocation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure everything runs efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support including housekeeping, facility maintenance coordination, managing office suppliers, and filing, documentation, maintaining databases, coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for company employees and manage their calendars as needed.
  • Manage and process expense claims in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Organize and coordinate events and activities for office staff.
  • Perform any additional administrative duties or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company or team.
  • Assist with all aspects of the office relocation and renovation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, particularly regarding confidentiality, data protection, and administrative practices.
  • Report to the Head of Australia.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree. Over 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in office renovation, relocation, and project coordination is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated team player with excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Native or Business level proficiency in English.
