2nd and 3rd Year Apprentice Hairdressers

Liberty and Frank is now hiring

· $30-$35+ p/hr (Senior) & Above Award wages (Apprentice)

· Great commission scheme - you only need to make 2.5x your wage to start receiving commissions

· Our top performing Hairdressers currently take home on average an extra $150 per week in service sales and $150 a month retail (this is uncapped so the sky's the limit)

· Flexibility in work hours for the perfect work/life balance

Liberty and Frank is a highly regarded boutique hairdressing salon situated in Hawthorn, Victoria. We are a team that works together, trusts each other, and shares common values. We try to highlight each other's strengths to help each individual grow.

We provide all hair services but we especially LOVE COLOUR

One of the main aims of the salon has always been to create a relaxed, easy-going, and fun atmosphere. This is how our stylists are able to do their best work and provide the best service to our clients. We also strive to be consistent, professional, and up to date.

ABOUT THE ROLES

We are looking to employ a Fully Qualified Hairdresser as well as 2nd and 3rd Year Apprentice Hairdressers to join and support our team. If you have the passion and the skills, we will provide you with a great environment to meet your full potential to be the best hairdresser you can be.

Hours: Full time and Part time options available – flexible employment arrangement

· We finish at 2pm on Saturdays

· No Sundays or Mondays

· We can provide later starts / earlier finishes if needed

Above Award wages (Apprentices)

Location: Hawthorn, VIC
