What role will you play?

As a Lead Engineer, you will own the design, development, testing, and deployment of team-owned products and platforms. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving tools, products, and platforms to enhance engineering enablement. Leading and growing an engineering team will be a key part of your role, requiring you to make independent decisions and effectively partner with product and other engineering teams.

You will also write code, represent the team, and continuously review and improve code quality and design. Additionally, you will be involved in our AI enablement within the software engineering lifecycle, providing you with the opportunity to learn, contribute, and innovate using industry-leading AI tools.

What you offer

• Strong focus on Java or Golang, Typescript, and React
• Experience with any cloud platform, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong design skills and an interest in AI and generative AI
• Focus on best practices in software engineering
• Exposure to CI/CD, monitoring, and logging tools
• Experience with microservices architecture and site reliability engineering (SRE) best practices
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
