The Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll be a vital part of our team, helping us deliver exceptional customer care. In this role, you'll :
Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products.Assist customers with prescription submissions to our pharmacists.Operate the point of sale and manage cash handling.Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming.Promote current sales and product offerings to customers.Be available to work Mondays to Fridays (required)At Star Pharmacy Group, we're passionate about supporting our community's health and wellbeing. About You
We're looking for someone who's enthusiastic, customer-focused, and ready to make a difference. Whether you're an experienced Pharmacy Assistant or a retailer ready to explore a new career, we'd love to hear from you
To succeed in this role, you'll need :
A friendly and engaging personality with a passion for customer service.Previous experience in pharmacy or retail (preferred but not essential).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A professional presentation and a customer-first attitude.The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Have availability Monday- Friday (8am-5pm)Bonus Points If You Have :
A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I-IV).Experience with MINFOS or FRED dispensing systems.What You'll Gain
