Are you a motivated Network Engineer with security experience, looking to grow your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are seeking a skilled professional to assist in providing operational support and maintaining high-performance enterprise networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support:Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security, ensuring issues are resolved within SLAs.
  • Network Security:Implement security measures, including firewall policies and compliance checks.
  • Network performance: Monitor and configure devices (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
  • Collaboration: Efficiently integrate and manage network systems alongside other teams
  • Change & Case Management: Ensure all network changes go through proper approval processes and maintain accurate case notes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of enterprise experience in networking and security
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise networks and data centers.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco secure networks and firewalls (Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, or Fortinet).
  • Familiarity with load balancers (F5, Citrix NetScaler).
  • Experience supporting enterprise wireless networks, SD-Access, and SD-WAN environments (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet).
  • Knowledge of network management systems.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Professional attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
