We're on the lookout for a passionate, present, and people-first Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team into our next chapter of growth and excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading a tight-knit, vibrant front-of-house team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Driving consistently excellent guest experiences with warmth, attention to detail, and charisma.
  • Fostering a strong team culture grounded in openness, collaboration, and generosity.
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and Operations Manager to deliver on service, revenue, and operational targets.
  • Always improving — seeking out new ways to refine, elevate, and enrich the day-to-day experience for guests and staff alike.

Who you are:
  • A natural host with a strong sense of presence and emotional intelligence.
  • Experienced in a similar high-volume, high-quality restaurant environment.
  • Calm under pressure, but always energised — someone who brings the vibe, not just manages it.
  • Collaborative and community-minded a firm believer that 'it takes a village'.
  • Detail-oriented and operationally savvy, with a commitment to delivering consistently excellent service.
