Location update: This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Event Strategy and Delivery (ESD) Branch during a period of growth and transition. Initially based at 530 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, the position will relocate to 465 Plummer Street, Port Melbourne, with the new location becoming the primary workplace from October 2025.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing and contributing to projects related to election program administration, governance, compliance, and technical system support.
  • Leading a team supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of electoral events within the ESD Branch.
  • Advising the Branch leadership on document, report, and submission preparation.
  • Initially focusing on election dress rehearsal, then shifting to other project priorities in program delivery.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
