As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to lead exciting projects and contribute to the growth of the business. This role will be an integral part of the data-centre design team.

You will have a key role in the mechanical design team and be instrumental in client relations, project management, and the delivery of completed projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Manage and lead project teams and ensure service levels and profitability targets
  • Manage, procure staff, coach, and mentor mechanical team members
  • Supervising and certifying mechanical building services work carried out
  • Represent the company in project and client meetings
  • Preparation of project construction and variation estimates
  • Coordination of design documentation with other project consultants
  • Reviewing of documentation carried out by employees
  • Preparation of certification documents and issuing to authorities
  • Project construction reviewing, supervision, reports, and commissioning

Skills required:

  • Extensive experience within the Building Services Industry
  • Strong technical background
  • Ability to foster and maintain interpersonal and client relationships
  • Strong ability to manage a highly capable and well-rounded team
  • NSW DBP Chartership or CPEng desirable
