EOI - Psychologist, Social Workers & Counsellors (VIC)

This is your opportunity to work with staff in some of Australia's largest industry, government and corporate organisations—to be part of a team that provides counselling, crisis response, training, conflict resolution, career counselling, assessment and consulting services.
We are seeking expressions of interest from motivated and experienced Psychologists, Social Workers & Counsellors. Ideally you will have proven experience in short-term, solution-oriented interventions and the ability to provide debriefing services.
You Will Be- Caring, compassionate and inspired to make a positive difference in people's lives
- Driven to succeed in fast-paced environments
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Able to work independently managing caseloads, be proactive and quick thinking
- 5 years of relevant experience post registration is desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in Behavioural Sciences
- Registration with the relevant professional body (AHPRA / AASW)
- Demonstrated skills in short term counselling and psychological first aid
