We're expanding and seeking skilled Autonomous HV Electricians to join us on a casual basis. At Ready Resources (RR), we value integrity, innovation, and client alignment. Whether it's shutdowns, field work, or maintenance, you'll be part of a team focused on safety, performance, and ongoing development.

The Role Includes
  • FIFO from anywhere in Australia
  • Field service, backfill, adhoc and shutdown crews across premium Pilbara sites
  • Competitive salary with top rates
  • Work on a wide range of OEM equipment: CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr
  • Engage in shutdowns, maintenance, and repairs with a focus on quality workmanship
What You'll Need
  • Australian/NZ Recognised Trade Certificate
  • 2–3+ years post-trade experience
  • Experience on Autonomous Komatsu Dump Trucks 830e & 930e – Essential
  • Valid C-Class Driver's Licence – Essential
  • First Aid, CPR and LVR – Essential or Willing to Obtain
  • Rio Tinto Induction – Highly desirable
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
  • Safety-first mindset with pride in the quality of your work
