Practical Information:

Location: Melbourne, Australia | Reports to: Productivity Solutions Director, ANZ Channel | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Australia | Language Requirements: Professional level English written and verbal | Work Arrangement: Hybrid

As our new Solution Sales Specialist – Modern Work, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, upsells, and cross-sells across assigned accounts. This role supports pipeline acceleration through proactive engagement and strategic positioning of Modern Work cloud solutions, while owning key opportunities end-to-end and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful, value-driven outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Identifying and qualifying net new, upsell, and cross-selling opportunities to support pipeline generation, contributing to revenue growth by supporting the execution of go-to-market campaigns and cross-selling initiatives with vendors.
  2. Engaging new and existing partners to drive early-stage sales conversations, shaping solution demand and working towards closure.
  3. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and internal teams to accelerate partner recruitment and solution adoption in the assigned territory.
  4. Providing insights and feedback from partner engagements to inform campaign targeting, demand planning, and sales motions.
  5. Staying current with key vendor programs, certifications, and product updates to support solution positioning.
  6. 5+ years of experience in sales account management within the IT space.
  7. Experience selling Microsoft CSP, M365, and Copilot is highly advantageous.
  8. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP): MS-900, Copilot, SC-900 certified.
  9. Proactive and influential, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and positively influence them.
