About the role

As the Claim & Customer Relations Officer, you will manage the end-to-end claims process associated with maintenance delivery and perform other administrative functions to assist the Planning and Performance Team. You will ensure critical administrative services are completed effectively and efficiently to support the achievement of business unit outcomes. Additionally, you will act as the escalation point of contact for United Energy customers regarding complaints, inquiries, issues, and compliments relating to services provided by Zinfra field and technical crews.

About You
  • Strong experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction, power, or infrastructure industry
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven experience handling difficult situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Previous SAP experience is desired but not required
  • Trade / Engineering Qualifications (desirable)
