Disability Support Worker

Admire Care is hiring a reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate female Disability Support Worker.

As a NDIS registered provider, Admire Care Services focuses on providing person-centred care, enabling our participants to live their best lives.

We offer a range of support services including 24/7 out-of-home care, respite care, and day services.

We are seeking qualified and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting participants aged 6 years and above.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist individuals with daily tasks such as hygiene, cooking, cleaning, community outings, and routine management.
  2. Provide companionship and support to help clients develop skills, abilities, and confidence.
  3. Maintain records of client progress.
  4. Coordinate support services for participants.
Requirements:
  • Passion for supporting people with disabilities.
  • At least 1 year recent experience in the disability sector, including with behaviours of concern.
  • Relevant qualifications (Cert III or above) in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services.
  • Current First Aid (within 3 years) and CPR (within 12 months) certificates.
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, public holidays, sleepovers, and active night shifts.
