Position Summary

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic sales professional, reporting into the Head of Sales and Progression for AIM Business School. You'll require a proven ability in qualifying leads, a passion for sales and a passion to support students on their path, to engage in training and development. You'll need a hunger and drive to meet and exceed sales targets and be able to adapt to an ever-changing, dynamic environment. You will work well on your own and enjoy contributing to the team's success.

Key Tasks
  • Action outbound calls, emails and SMS to leads generated by AIM to connect with potential students, wanting a Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma or MBA
  • Determine eligibility by comparing client experience to qualification requirements.
  • Become a trusted advisor, educating clients, answering questions and providing information.
Essential Criteria
  • 2 + years' outbound tele-sales experience, (preferably in the education sector).
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Great phone manner and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.
