We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Deputy Secretary Policy. This is a pivotal role that requires discretion, initiative, and exceptional relationship management skills.
As Executive Assistant, You Will- Provide high-level executive support including diary management, travel coordination, email handling, and meeting preparation.
- Manage sensitive correspondence and maintain effective office systems.
- Support team meetings and contribute to group-wide initiatives.
- Assist with document preparation and technical support across MS Office tools.
- Foster strong internal and external relationships to ensure smooth operations.
You'll be a trusted pair of hands, helping the Deputy Secretary and their leadership team stay informed and focused on key priorities. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage information flow, and maintain confidentiality will be key to your success.

- A proven track record providing executive level support within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent time management.

Utu ā-tau/SalaryThe appointing salary for this role will be between $66,066 to $90,008, based on skills and experience.
