The opportunity

We're seeking a proactive and insightful Senior Risk Analyst to join our Marketing & Growth Risk team. This is a data-driven, stakeholder-focused role that plays a critical part in embedding effective risk management practices across the business. You'll leverage analytical insights to support strategic decision-making and operational resilience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering real-time, high-quality risk reporting and analytics.
  • Designing and implementing risk dashboards that drive actionable insights.
  • Partnering with teams across Product, Digital, Marketing, and Business Development to identify and monitor risks.
  • Leading analysis of key risk indicators (KRIs) and producing reports for senior leadership.
  • Supporting risk reviews, controls testing, and treatment planning.
  • Contributing to audits, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

You're a self-starter with strong initiative, logical thinking, and excellent communication skills. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to build pragmatic and effective risk programs.

You'll bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in risk, analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, R or Python for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience automating reporting and creating actionable alerts.
  • Power BI skills highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in Financial Services or e-Commerce (advantageous).
