As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs, deepen understanding of child development, and lead transformative changes in educational practice.

About Goodstart Stafford Heights

We're seeking a Senior Educator (Diploma Qualified) - Educational Leader to join our warm and collaborative team. Our centre is a 64-place facility located in a family-friendly area, close to schools and public transport. We pride ourselves on a respectful, fun, and supportive environment with regular social events and team-building activities.

Full-time, fixed-term position through to August 2026, with potential for ongoing employmentLead learning in our nursery room, supporting up to 8 children per dayReceive 2 hours of programming time and 4 hours of Educational Leader time weeklyOperate within hours of 6:15 am – 6:30 pmEnjoy a dedicated staff room, outdoor space for programming or lunch
