What You Will Be Doing
  • Harness sophisticated analysis tools and RAG vector stores to swiftly identify, troubleshoot, and eliminate product defects
  • Pioneer the use of AI development agents to conceptualize, construct, and deploy groundbreaking features for modern cloud-native applications
  • Synergize with our worldwide team to create enterprise solutions that exceed quality expectations

Back End Developer Key Responsibilities
  • Create and integrate AI-powered features that optimize workflows and equip service providers with next-generation tools that redefine efficiency
Basic Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on commercial software development experience, specifically creating production-grade server-side web applications
  • Demonstrated proficiency with GenAI coding assistants such as Github Copilot, Cursor, or v0.dev (Note: We\'re seeking developers with LLM experience, not traditional machine learning engineers)
  • Enthusiasm for incorporating GenAI tools into your everyday development workflow

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
