The Role: General Manager of Sales

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Broker ready to step into leadership, or a high-performing Business Development Manager eager to build and lead a team.

You'll work closely with our Managing Director to:

  1. Manage and grow the Gold Coast commercial broker team
  2. Drive team and individual performance through KPIs and structured support
  3. Lead by example — working on your own deals with a defined monthly target
  4. Identify strategic growth opportunities and unlock additional settlement pathways
  5. Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new team members
  6. Build a positive, performance-driven culture that values results and wellbeing
  7. Provide accurate and timely reporting on team performance

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in private lending, asset finance, and unsecured business finance
  • Deep knowledge of commercial products, including full and alt doc loans
  • Proven ability to work high-volume leads, hit KPIs, and lead from the front
  • Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred, not essential)
