About The Role

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assisting with showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming while maintaining residents' dignity and privacy
  • Mobility support: Assisting with walking, mobility aids, or transfers between positions
  • Monitoring health: Observing and reporting changes in health or behaviour
  • Meal assistance: Supporting dietary needs and assisting residents with eating
  • Maintaining records: Documenting care provided and changes in condition
  • Collaboration: Working with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
Skills & Experience
  • Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
  • Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn
  • Team-oriented and effective communication
