Join Us as a Project Officer
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Project Officer to join our team and play a vital role in delivering projects that will support our clients and our fast-paced growth plans in our award-winning business.
Within the Projects & Change team, you will work with all areas of the business to deliver business improvement initiatives and key strategic projects on time and within budget.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills. You will be driven to deliver to the highest standards at all times.
In this role, you will get to:
Work with a passionate and innovative team focused on delivering value-adding solutions for clients and the business.
Assist the Project Leader in delivering company-wide and international programs of work by independently leading small to medium projects through the project lifecycle.
Monitor and support project activities to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time.
Manage relationships and deliverables with stakeholders, internal and external.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on post-project analysis.
Required Knowledge/Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a project-based role.
Experience in managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
Creating and updating project documents and schedules.
Liaising with stakeholders and/or senior leaders for project outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot issues and drive solutions.
Technical writing experience, including the development of supporting material.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in project management or related fields preferred.
