Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals according to the GYG recipe guide and quality standards.
  • Work with fresh ingredients and deliver vibrant Mexican flavors to guests.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in line with health and safety guidelines.
