This rewarding position involves managing client inquiries, developing meaningful relationships, and navigating dynamic staff and client rostering.

About the Role :

The Office Admin- Scheduler will play a pivotal role in our mission, responsible for managing client inquiries, developing strong relationships, and overseeing the dynamic staff and client rostering.

Responsibilities :

  • Client Enquiries : Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Relationship Development : Cultivate strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring trust and confidence in our services.
  • Rostering Management : Navigate the dynamic world of staff and client rostering with finesse, ensuring optimal care delivery.

Qualifications

  • Office Admin & Scheduling Experience : Proven ability to manage challenging workloads and schedules.

  • Communication Excellence : Clear and precise communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of service.
  • Advanced Computer Skills : Proficient in computer software, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
  • National Police Clearance Certificate : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Goal-Oriented Contributor : Demonstrated ability to actively contribute to the organization's goals.
  • Building Trust : Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with a range of stakeholders.
