The RoleWe are seeking a Full Time Practice Nurse Manager at our Ringwood practice to lead and manage a team of Nurses, ensuring top-quality patient care. You will collaborate with the Practice Manager to maintain efficient operations of the Treatment Room while training and mentoring clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and management to nursing staff
- Ensure efficient patient care by managing clinical procedures
- Coach, train, and mentor team members
- Maintain the Treatment Room's efficiency and staffing levels
- Assist GPs with health assessments and management plans
- Work with the Practice Manager to understand financial levers and manage team performance
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Registered Nurse qualification with experience in General Practice or Acute settings
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for people and a personable approach
