• Exploring the resident's interests and developing their skills to improve lifestyle choices and motivate them to participate in individual and group activities, assessing their responses and recording on a regular basis
• Observing and recording the effectiveness of the programs, by monitoring residents' ongoing progress and adjusting the programs to any developing needs.
• Transporting residents (as requested and approved in Blue Care vehicles) on outings and attending to resident/client personal care needs as required.
