What You'll Be Doing
  • Win new business — Prospect construction sites, convert inbound leads, re-engage lapsed customers and turn conversations into revenue.
  • Manage accounts — Build strong relationships with builders, contractors and hire companies, ensuring retention and growth.
  • Territory focus — Be the boots on the ground for your region, supported by data, construction indexes and marketing leads.
  • Revenue delivery — Drive rental utilisation, close deals, and generate consistent sales activity.
  • Team collaboration — Partner with our rental coordinators and operations teams to deliver seamless customer service.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 12 months B2B sales/account management experience, ideally in equipment hire, capital sales, or construction-related sectors.
  • Commercial curiosity — You ask questions, challenge ideas, and look for smarter ways to work.
  • Resilient communicator — Comfortable walking onto a construction site, introducing yourself, and building rapport.
  • Self-starter — Able to manage your time and pipeline, with a track record of hitting targets.
  • Industry awareness — Knowledge of equipment rental, access gear or materials handling a big plus.
  • Current and valid Driver's licence is essential.
