Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and negotiate property investment agreements.
• Ensure seamless adherence to property regulations.
• Oversee settlements across multiple Australian jurisdictions.
• Conduct in-depth legal assessments of property investments.
• Collaborate with leadership to structure transformative investment models.

About You:

• 2-5 years of post-admission experience in property law & conveyancing – Proven ability to handle transactions from inception to completion.
• Must hold a valid Practising Certificate.
• Ensuring precision and compliance in every document.
• Proficiency in digital platforms (PEXA, legal research tools).
