Associate Director (Infrastructure and Maintenance)

What you'll do

You will lead a dedicated team responsible for the ongoing planning and maintenance of the University's extensive facilities, infrastructure, buildings, grounds, and property portfolio. This key leadership position demands a detailed understanding of maintenance and infrastructure in a complex commercial environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that assets are managed in accordance with industry standards, legislation, and the University Strategic Asset Management Plan. You will also:

Term: Full-time continuing appointment (36 hrs/week)

Salary: Total remuneration range $160,346 to $177,738 pa (includes salary range of $135,485 to $150,180 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
