Telstra Retail: Part Time Customer Service & Sales Consultant – Telstra. Our Gungahlin store is hiring a Retail Consultant on a part-time basis. What you'll do
  • Provide consultative customer service and tailored solutions for customers in the Telstra Retail Store
  • Be continually trained on the latest Telstra tech and gadgets to support customers
  • Apply a progressive sales approach to help customers connect faster and smarter
About you
  • Ability to connect with a variety of customers and build rapport
  • Skill to develop customised solutions for customers
  • Drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Desire to learn and grow within the role
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering excellent service
