• As the main point of contact for our residential clients, manage all aspects of the property management portfolio, including lease renewals, arrears, inspections, and NCAT attendance.
• Collaborate with the Property Managers and Leasing Manager to deliver seamless, top-tier service.

• Proven experience in property management.
• Holds a current NSW Certificate of Registration (must be willing to obtain and work toward a real estate license).
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with a paper-free system.
• Experience in Property Tree or similar software.
• Exceptional attitude and ability to work well within a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
