The Opportunity

The firm is seeking a Senior Partner to support the growth of the Australia consulting practice. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for building the local business, driving client impact, and shaping the firm's regional footprint across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reinforce and grow the firm's consulting presence in Australia, working closely with APAC leadership.
  • Win and deliver high-value consulting engagements, supporting clients' digital and data transformations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives (CMO, CDO, CEO), guiding strategy and execution.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary local team, ensuring capability building and knowledge transfer across the region.
  • Build client relationships that create cross-practice opportunities across data science, analytics, and digital.
  • Manage the commercial pipeline, develop proposals, and contribute to overall business development strategy.
  • Contribute thought leadership through research, articles, and case studies.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 10 years' experience at a Tier-1 consulting firm, with at least 4 years in project and client leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in data, digital, or transformation consulting.
  • Entrepreneurial and autonomous, with experience in building or scaling new practices or regions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development track record.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and client engagement skills.
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and the ability to translate analytics into measurable business impact.
  • Can bring a small team
