The Role

We are seeking a hands-on kitchen professional who is passionate about creating and providing our patrons with quality food from a well-organized kitchen.

Reporting to our Food and Beverage Manager, the Food and Beverage Supervisor must possess excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of Safe Food Handling, Food Standards Code, and Food Act 2006 will be highly regarded.

The primary responsibility of our Food and Beverage Supervisor is to deliver first-class service to our patrons and ensure the kiosk operates effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Direct the daily activities of food and beverage staff, reporting updates and challenges to the F&B Duty Manager.
  2. Collaborate with the F&B Duty Manager to establish and maintain a positive work environment, ensuring staff adherence to operational standards.
  3. Maintain a high level of customer service, promptly addressing guest concerns and communicating feedback to the Duty Manager.
  4. Work closely with the Duty Manager to coordinate activities with kitchen and service teams for seamless service delivery.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, reporting issues or concerns promptly.

  • Ability to be flexible during peak periods
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia
