As a Cook at GYG, you will be at the heart of our mission to serve up the best Mexican food experience. Following the GYG recipe guide, your role will involve working with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavors, delivering quality creations for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week and need an experienced Cook with flexible availability, calm under pressure, willing to learn, and a passion for food

1. Availability for morning and night shifts on weekdays and weekends
2. Experience in a commercial kitchen environment is highly regarded
3. Preparing food with excellence in a fun, fast-paced environment
4. Regular check-ins with the Line Team to ensure adequate fresh product availability
5. Maintaining an orderly BOH including storage and preparation areas
6. Maintaining wash-up and utensil spaces
7. Some equipment maintenance and cleaning
8. Working according to the GyG recipe guide and taking pride in food quality
