SSA Group is partnered with a leading cadastral specialist surveying firm that is seeking a surveyor. Due to ongoing work and a strong pipeline of future projects, our client is looking to expand their surveying team in Sydney. This role is perfect for a surveyor looking to become a registered surveyor or has started their pathway to becoming registered.

What will our new responsibilities be?
  • Topographic, contour, and detail surveying; cadastral surveying across a range of rural, urban, and greenfield locations.
  • Survey plans for building residential structures.
  • Involvement in construction projects for homes and businesses.
  • Developments in Strata and Community Title projects related to infrastructure.
  • Interact with a wide range of clients, such as government agencies, builders, and developers of all sizes.
  • Communicate with team members, project managers, and clients to produce outstanding outcomes.
What do you need to be a successful candidate?
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Survey/Civil software; familiarity with Leica and Trimble total stations and GNSS equipment.
  • A valid Class 'C' driver's licence from NSW.
  • 12-month minimum experience working as a land surveyor in New South Wales.
  • Outstanding communication and time management abilities; capacity to work both individually and collaboratively.
