We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and implement the marketing strategy for Harbour Town Premium Outlets, Adelaide, SA's only outdoor outlet destination serving 3 million customers annually. This is a 14-month fixed-term contract (November 2025 - February 2027) offering an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Working closely with a passionate, collaborative team and supported by a Marketing Coordinator, you'll execute and optimise marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions aligned with our brand positioning, whilst driving performance through effective sales and traffic-driving campaigns.

The role is office-based on-site at Harbour Town Premium Outlets, Adelaide (Tapleys Hill Road, 9km from CBD), with onsite parking and over 110+ premium brand stores.

What makes you stand out

You are a tertiary qualified Marketing Professional with 3+ years of retail/shopping centre experience and proven ability to hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Interpret consumer research and retail trends to develop strategies and campaigns.
  2. Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  3. Optimise campaigns and review/adapt the annual marketing calendar.
  4. Manage multiple projects and deliver initiatives within budget.
  5. Prepare monthly reports, monitor budgets, and provide variance commentary.
  6. Build effective relationships with 110+ retailers, internal teams, and agency partners.
  7. Develop social media and digital engagement strategies.

You'll bring strong digital marketing expertise, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to convert data into measurable strategies.
