We are looking for a Cluster Manager to lead our passionate team at Pacific Fair by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture. The role
  • Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
  • Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
  • Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
  • Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration
The ideal candidate
  • 2+ years experience managing a large flagship store or exposure managing multiple sites (including Concession stores) with a high volume fashion retailer
  • An eye for styling and detail to uphold our high visual merchandising standards
  • A capacity to prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets
  • The ability to analyse and organize stock to maximize sales on the shop floor
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead and manage the store teams
  • Highly motivated and self-driven
