Billigence seeks a proactive BI Analyst to support the migration of reporting and dashboards into a new analytics platform. The role requires technical delivery of reports and dashboards, strong SQL skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective reporting outputs.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting across consumer, product, content, sales, and marketing performance
  • Use SQL to extract and manipulate data from the data warehouse
  • Build dashboards and visualisations in Domo (with opportunities to work across other BI tools)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Technical BAs to replicate and uplift reporting functionality
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality across reporting outputs
  • Identify and improve reporting processes where possible
Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years' experience in reporting or data analysis roles
  • Experience with BI tools (Domo, Tableau, Looker)
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., BigQuery)
  • Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
