If so, we'd love to hear from you Why this role matters: As a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Aruma, you'll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for people with disabilities by developing and implementing positive behaviour support plans. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work closely with individuals, families, and support networks to create meaningful outcomes that encourage independence, inclusion, and dignity. What you'll do: * Develop and deliver evidence-based behaviour support plans tailored to the individual needs of people with disabilities. * Work closely with individuals, families, carers, and other professionals to ensure holistic, person-centred support. * Provide training and guidance to support staff to ensure consistency in implementing behaviour support strategies. * Regularly review and adjust plans based on progress and evolving needs. * Advocate for the rights of individuals, ensuring they are treated with respect, kindness, and understanding. About you: * You're passionate about making a real difference in people's lives. * You have a background in psychology, social work, or a related field. * You're familiar with positive behaviour support frameworks and practices. * To be successful in this role you will require the following that applies to you.
