Your Role as an Experienced Team Member
  • Leading by example, setting the pace, and supporting your teammates.
  • Taking ownership of key stations – grill, wrap, dress bench, floor, or till.
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences with confidence and efficiency.
  • Assisting in training and mentoring new team members.
  • Keeping the restaurant running smoothly with attention to detail.

  • You've got experience in a customer-facing or kitchen role and are ready to step up.
