  • Location - Bathurst and surrounds
  • Permanent Part time, shifts available Thursday to Monday (including Saturday and Sunday)
  • Pay rate – $34.30 per hour + weekend rates if you work Saturday/Sunday - experience required

We are looking for passionate and caring individuals to make a difference in our Aged Care clients' lives by assisting them to live at home independently for as long as possible.

  • General household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, ironing, cleaning the bathroom & kitchen, changing beds, and washing
  • Transport to appointments and shopping
  • Meal preparation
  • Social Support or Respite for family/carers
  • Personal care including assistance with showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained)

To be successful in this role you'll need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
  • Good communication skills
  • A reliable team player
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety
  • An Australian driver's license and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle (essential)
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (not essential as you can complete this through our traineeship program)
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check
