Industrial Water

In the role of Industrial Water / Wastewater Senior Project Manager, you'll lead, direct, develop and market projects involving the planning, design and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities.

• Lead industrial water/wastewater projects as a project director and/or project manager and participate in marketing and planning of proposals and interviews.
• Provide project and task management; perform difficult to complex process engineering for projects and proposals; collect, assimilate, and present data in reports, memos and public forums; lead production of design calculations and technical reports; and lead preparation of engineering plans and specifications for the design of industrial water and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Experience with design/build is desirable.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication and listening skills, including leadership and organizational abilities.

• PE strongly preferred.
• Experience in municipal or industrial water and wastewater systems planning and design, including project management.
• Technical background in process design of industrial organic water/wastewater treatment facilities.
• Demonstrated business development and strategic planning skills within industrial facility environments.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and with project teams.
• Strong oral and written communication and leadership skills.
• Experience handling multiple assignments; experience with design/build is desirable.
• Master's Degree; PMP certification.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10 years related experience
• Minimum 5 years project management experience
• Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered (e.g., PE or P.Eng)
• MS Office and MS Project experience (Access experience a plus)
• Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Pay Transparency Ohio: $129,780 - $185,400.
