The Opportunity:

The stockroom is the heart of our operations. As our next Inventory Control Assistant, you will be fundamental in supporting the management of the back of house, ensuring smooth operations. This includes managing store inventory, shipping, receiving, returns, cycle-counting, and ensuring timely completion of all processes.

Reporting Line:

Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Inventory Controller

You'll shine here if you:

  • Have a passion to support your team in providing meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty by tracking stock levels.
  • Can accurately complete all necessary paperwork procedures for store operations.
  • Are open to assisting with periodic stocktakes and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock tracking.
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to support loss prevention strategies.
  • Can manage all stock movements in and out of the store.

We would love to hear from you if:

  • You have stock or inventory experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • You have experience using SAP.
  • You are physically fit to lift and shift boxes weighing up to 15kg.
  • You have a natural desire to assist both internal and external customers.

Please note that our stores have individual needs. Our busiest days are Thursday to Sunday, so availability across these days, including late nights and weekends, is preferred.
