Overview

EIL Global is a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, servers, networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations. Currently, we are looking for partners/engineers for onsite support services in and around to assist our clients.

Mode: On call - Casual Basis

Adhoc/Dispatch Requirement

Note: This is on call basis for dispatch/adhoc, backfill projects, and the scope of work varies from client to client. Above mentioned is the general JD.

Computer Repair, desktop, Network Troubleshooting, Cisco Routers, Software Troubleshooting, Troubleshooting, Computer Setup, Printer Support

Tools to Carry
  • Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
  • Cisco Console cable (DB9 RJ45 or USB RJ45). If USB converter is used, make sure drivers are properly installed
  • Putty
  • Team Viewer
  • TFTP server
  • Screwdriver set
  • Internet data card
  • Console cable and laptop with ability to console into Cisco router and use WebEx
