And we're on the hunt for a talented Front-End Developer to join our buzzing (and flourishing) Development team

Day to day you'll:

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using , Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
  
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, CRO specialists, and project managers to bring designs to life.
  
• Provide a confident voice from a technical perspective in client and project meetings.
  
• Recommend and implement modern tech stacks for projects of varying sizes and budgets.
  
• Support your peers with technical guidance, code reviews, and quality assurance.
  
• Help improve and standardise the agency's development practices.
  
• Stay on top of emerging technologies and introduce innovative solutions to strengthen our technical function.
  
• Balance between supporting the team and efficiently delivering your own work.
  
  

We are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in software development, ideally in an agency environment, with progression into a leadership role.
  
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS/Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and
  
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
  
• A product-first mindset with high attention to design details and user empathy.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to adapt to changing requirements.
  
• A passion for continuous learning and keeping up with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  
• Excited by the fast pace and the opportunity to learn and grow.
